How to make the drink:
- 1 cup water,
- 1 Tablespoon powdered cinnamon
- Tablespoons honey
Take a sauce pan and add 1 cup of water to a pan. Place the pan on the stove and boil the water for 2-3 minutes. Add cinnamon to the water and stir. Then remove from heat and let the water cool. After the water is cool, add the honey. The recipe will make approximately one cup
How/when to drink it:
Drink half of the cup (½ C) daily before you go to bed and the rest the next morning before eating breakfast.
You should begin to see results after a few days, but you should continue the drink regimen along with a healthy diet until you have achieved your desired results.
