Everything You Need to Know About Cheek Fillers: Experience, Pain, and Results

In fact, while I’ve been on the Botox bandwagon since my late 20s, cheek filler has terrified me. I pictured chipmunk cheeks too large for my face, that obvious “filler” look you get by looking at a half age actress on the cover of US Weekly.

But in reality you can really go as big at the cheek filler (within reason of course) If this is what you like, then enjoy your big fat cheeks. However if you desire for a much more routine look, that can easily be done simply by seeing the best center. Ageless Clinics Bondi Junction, Sydney: I popped into Ageless for a bit of dr. Jeremy Cumpston was trained in the uk but he’s far from my normal rubbishUK beauty press favourite because not only does this guy bitch at you if they can tell that you’ve had waaaaay too much botox before (he apparently likes his patients to be able to raise their eyebrows),Dr.Jeremy also seems very focused on being as natural as possible with the needle!

Chalk Filler: What Is It?

Cheek fillers are a type of dermal filler that is injected into the skin to restore volume and structure. In effect, they’re frequently used to create a youthful look: as we grow older collagen filler is made less and our faces drop volume. Cheek filler is one way to combat that volume loss.

Besides, Who Has Fillers Cheeks?

As I entered my 40s, and saw an elongated jaw line where oval once was; I elected for cheek filler. My cheeks were starting to look flat and ‘jowely’ – I hated it, so after going to Ageless Clinics they suggested using cheek filler for lifting the skin where my face was losing volume.

Everyone has different preferences, and while you can get cheek filler in as early as your 20s if that is what you need or want to do most people start getting them done once they started noticing volume loss in their face (around the age of 30) due to a slowdown of collagen synthesis.

What is Injection really?

Which I can tell you is painful- and unpleasant for about cheek filler once in a while. I did think it was going to be worse, still. In other words — and I am given to understand that this may be considered a politically incorrect metaphor these days, but it seems appropriate nonetheless— Dr. Jeremy delivered anesthetic, which hurts as all injections of local do. The filler is injected into 3 points on the upper cheek.

This part is hard to explain, — yes it didnt hurt having the filler physically injected into my face but I could feel like a worm of product snaking its way around in between and under layers on skin which did not?? just feels bizarre. You feel it coming and find yourself gripping the seat waiting for this too shall pass. So in this video I am getting cheek filler…. And if you can watch it.

Are Cheek Fillers Painful?

Even if the shots didn’t sting too bad, theres a part-needle point and your ass about to be mad sore in that following day. After the surgery, the fullness in your face and new filler will be stiff for about a week- or maybe two as you adjust to it. It’s not a sharp or even excruciating pain, but it is irritating and God HELP you if your cheek touches another persons (OUCH).

For five or six days I had a bit of fatty cheeks but it eventually came back to shape. The cheek filler didn’t really hurt afterwards, but now I feel like when I lie on my side the only time in lockdown spent with a face cushioned by memory foam pillow is excruciatingly more painful That sounds weird, but that is just what I have faced.

What the Recovery Process is How

I did not find the cheek filler have a recovery time. Yes, my face hurt a little bit but I went to breakfast and dinner party that day with no issues & saw immediate results which were AMAZING!

My cheeks were swollen for a couple of weeks as I mentioned and would hurt if they it got knocked into — giving out cheek kisses etc. It can be difficult to wash if you are in the habit of always wiping your face strong and forcefully, but again this is a big no-no as that hurts!

Avoid heavy activity for 24-48 hours after treatment. Sleep flat on your back the first night, and skip facials for two weeks since you should avoid massage during that time. Avoid wearing makeup for 24 hours to reduce chances of infection and do not use any active skincare products like retinol or AHAs for about a week or two. Finally, do not ice the area — you want that blood flow!

Hyafilia Grand is easy to administer and cheek filler can get you back on your feet right after lunch for additional work hours. You can expect some minor bruising, and swelling but generally nothing too bad. Eg in my case I had minimal bruising, and very little swelling.

How Long Does Cheek Filler Last?

Cheek filler can last up to 12 months, sometimes even longer. After your initial treatment at Ageless Clinics, you’ll need a review about four weeks later. This ensures the filler has settled as intended, with most swelling gone by then. If you haven’t achieved the desired cheekbone volume, your clinician might add more filler during this appointment.

Filler typically lasts up to a year, although it’s not always visible right away.Sugar molecules make up the filler, and they slowly break down over time. However, if you have a faster metabolism or exercise frequently, the filler may dissolve more quickly.

What Is The Price?

Cheek filler costs vary by clinic, but Ageless Clinics starts at $650. The amount needed depends on the individual patient.

Are You in Love With It?

Indeed! I’m now a huge fan of cheek fillers. I love how they subtly lift my face, making it look fuller and rejuvenated without changing my features. The pain wasn’t too bad, and I didn’t experience any major side effects. I’m open to trying it again.

As we age, cheek fillers are fantastic. They help with jowling or when your face loses its natural structure. The best part? They don’t widen your mid-face.
