Megan Fox shares her plastic surgery journey in a recent podcast appearance. The 37-year-old Transformers star discussed the procedures she’s undergone and those she’s not willing to consider.
Megan Fox is clarifying the cosmetic surgeries she’s undergone and those she hasn’t, a move praised by experts for setting a positive example. “I’m going to discuss all the procedures I’ve had because I believe there’s a stigma, and I’m not here to win,” Fox stated, acknowledging the scrutiny her body faces online from other women. “However, I hope it liberates some people.”
Experts stress the importance of celebrities being transparent about their cosmetic procedures. By openly discussing the changes they’ve made to their bodies, celebrities can play a crucial role in challenging unrealistic beauty standards and promoting a healthier perspective on body image for their followers.
Megan revealed that she had her first breast surgery at “21 or 22,” between the first and second Transformers movies, choosing a cautious approach. She later mentioned getting them “re-done” after breastfeeding her children.
Recently, she had a third breast surgery to replace her implants because of rippling. Megan disclosed that her current implants are sized at 32D.
Megan clarified that she has not undergone certain cosmetic procedures, stating, “I’ve never had a facelift of any kind.” She also mentioned her avoidance of mid-facelifts, lateral brow lifts, and regular brow lifts, although she expressed interest in the latter.
Furthermore, she noted her reluctance to opt for thread lifts, citing doubts about their effectiveness and concerns about potential interference with future facelifts.
Additionally, Megan revealed that she has never had buccal fat removed, emphasizing her preference for adding fat rather than removing it. She also stated that she has never undergone liposuction, body contouring, or similar procedures.

Megan disclosed that she had a nose job “in her early 20s,” despite facing accusations of having undergone multiple rhinoplasty surgeries.
Although she has had several plastic surgeries, Megan admitted she dislikes undergoing surgery, especially due to the anesthesia. “I don’t like surgery. My body does not react well to general anesthesia, and so when I go to have a surgery, it’s a very big deal… I’m very afraid of dying under general anesthesia. I don’t take surgery lightly. And therefore I have not had many of them,” she explained.
