For those whose skin becomes oily in winter, spring is the best time to rejuvenate the skin. Winter is over and spring is almost here. Just as nature rejuvenates itself in the spring by overcoming the fatigue of winter, spring can also be the ideal time to rejuvenate the skin. Here are some tips that can rejuvenate your skin with the arrival of spring.

1. People who suffer from dry skin cannot use exfoliators as they can cause severe dryness of the skin. But as the weather warms, the humidity also increases.

And when the humidity increases, the skin is able to tolerate strong formulations of acids and active ingredients. Spring is the main time to exfoliate and brighten the dull skin that has accumulated in winter.

2. Many people use heavy creams in winter. But as the temperature and humidity increase, so does the amount of sweat on the skin.

As the temperature and humidity rise, such heavy products may not be needed to keep the skin moist. Other than that these products are sticky and oily. Lightweight moisturizers, including humectants and emollients, may be helpful at this time.

3. It is very important to prevent pigmentation as the temperature and intensity of the sun increase. Spring skincare should start using antioxidant cosmetics. Antioxidants are especially helpful in avoiding sun damage during the spring and summer months.

4. Spring is the ideal time to change the makeup content. If possible, clean or replace towels, sponges, makeup brushes, and other application products.

If left untreated for a long time, they can harbor bacteria and other germs that increase the risk of skin inflammation, scarring, and infection.

Again, whether the lid of the cream or any other ingredient is open or closed, the activation of the ingredients becomes less powerful and less effective over time.

5. Although it is not related to skincare products or ingredients, regular exercise is essential for health and skin. Exercise improves oral blood flow and circulation which can help flush out toxins.

Exercise works like a mini-facial for the face because sweating opens up skin cell cavities or pores and removes dirt and oil. When sweating occurs as a result of exercise, then the skin should be thoroughly cleaned.
