To use cold cream, apply a liberal quantum over the temporary tattoo and let it sit. As long as the design is completely covered(double-check!), you should keep the cream product on for at least an hour.

Don’t be scared if it’s absorbed by your skin it’s supposed to be! Once the hour is over, gently wipe down the redundant with a wet washcloth, or wash down the former temporary tattoo under running water.
